Plames Indian Grill is proud to operate as a 100% Pure Vegetarian establishment. We enforce strict culinary standards:

• Zero Meat & Egg Guarantee: We do not purchase, store, handle, or prepare any meat, poultry, seafood, fish, or egg products within our facility.
• Dedicated Vegetarian Utensils: All pots, pans, tawas, knives, and prep surfaces are exclusively reserved for vegetarian cuisine.
• Vegan & Jain Accommodations: We offer certified vegan options (dairy-free) and strict Jain selections (prepared without root vegetables including onion, garlic, and potato). Guests must specify dietary preferences when ordering so our kitchen can follow appropriate protocols.
• Allergen Notice: While our kitchen is 100% vegetarian, we handle dairy (paneer, butter, ghee, yogurt), tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, and sesame. Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies must notify management directly before ordering.

Online orders placed through our website are processed in real time via our secure POS partner (MenuOnline / Nento):

• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted only after our system issues an electronic order confirmation and estimated pickup time.
• Pricing & Taxes: All menu prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars ($USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable state/local sales taxes and optional gratuity are added at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Online transactions are handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. Plames Indian Grill does not store or process complete credit card numbers on our local web servers.
• Order Cancellations & Refunds: Because all dishes are freshly prepared to order, cancellations must be requested immediately by phone. Refunds for prepared orders are granted at the sole discretion of management.

Plames Indian Grill provides party trays, on-site live tiffin stations (Live Dosa & Chaat counters), and event catering across Delaware and neighboring regions. Catering orders are governed by an agreed written estimate or catering contract specifying guest count, menu items, delivery timing, service terms, and deposit requirements.
